Steak House These dining establishments feature the traditional Brazilian barbecue, which consists of full cuts of meat that are skewed and barbecued in a “churrasqueira” comprised of bricks. Brazilian pubs range from very informal, lower class establishments to very formal, higher end places. Unlike most North American pubs, most of these pubs are wide open to the public with no formal entrance.
The minimum age for drinking in Brazil is 18 years old, and if you look older than 18 it is very likely you won’t be asked to show your ID. Public drinking is allowed in most cities, and public areas.
