Combine two of Rio's most popular tours on a full-day excursion packed with breathtaking views. You'll travel through the Tijuca Rain Forest by cog train to the statue of Christ the Redeemer on top of Corcovado Mountain. After lunch, you'll ride a cable car to the top of Sugar Loaf Mountain. This tour is an excellent option if your time in Rio de Janeiro is limited, giving you the best of Rio in one great day.

Corcovado Mountain Tour
The morning tour starts with a trip to the Cosme Velho station, where you'll catch the cog train. The train journey takes you through the dense Atlantic rain forest of Tijuca to the statue of Christ the Redeemer on Corcovado mountain. You'll spend up to an hour here with your tour guide, who will show you the sights of Rio from this soaring mountain-top vantage point. After your morning tour, relax and enjoy lunch at a seafood restaurant.

Sugar Loaf Mountain Tour
In the afternoon you'll drive through downtown Rio, past its fine collection of colonial-style Portuguese buildings, to pick up the cable car at Prai Vermelha (red beach). The cable car takes you to the top of Sugar Loaf Mountain for wonderful views of Rio de Janeiro nestling between the mountains and the sea, and the magical sight of the sun dipping down over Copacabana beach.

Please note: the train is currently not operating and during this time, you will travel to the statue of Christ the Redeemer via standard coach.
