Salvador Cultural Center
The Cultural Center is located in Post Office Square Anchieta, corner of Rua Inacio Acioli in Pelourinho, Salvador Historical Center. The building is adjacent to the Assembly of the Church of St. Francis and his Order and the Third Cruise of San Francisco, where this group forms a landscape of unique historical and artistic value and privileged.

The building of the CCC is made up of three floors, with characters typical of mid-seventeenth century, a remarkable architectural merit, having been listed by the National Heritage Institute.
Over time, the building has undergone a series of architectural interventions, which, after all, do not misread. In the nineties a reform that was carried out to improve and modernize the infrastructure of electrical networks and hidrossanitária.
The Post Office Cultural Center of Salvador / BA was inaugurated on April 12, 2000, and currently is tied to the Social Communication of the DR / BA. The CCC holds art exhibitions that add value and enrich the culture of Bahia and Brazil, as well as lectures and workshops on various topics.
On the ground floor, the theater is located at 320 m² and capacity for 200 people.
Also on the ground floor there is a small art gallery shows. In the second and third floors, are located ten exhibition halls, with infrastructure and lighting conducive to large events.
At the bottom of the Art Gallery is located JK Agency, which provides mail services and convenience, operating from Tuesday to Sunday, noon to 19 hours.
The Cultural Center Post Office also has a Bistro, which operates in the time of realization of events.
Post Office Square - an area of approximately 1,300 m² outdoors, with water surface and support a band shell, which can accommodate a large audience for outdoor events.
The Cultural Center Post Office, an annual average, receives 400 000 visitors an audience and promote about 50 events, with varied attractions of theater, music, dance, film and video in addition to the exhibitions of various art forms.
