Alagados Cultural Center
The Alagados Cultural Center, located in the neighborhood of Uruguay, is a shed built in annexed area originally belonging to the San Diego School of Equivalency. The equipment has served as temporary headquarters of the Center for Culture, given that the original construction of the Cinema Theatre Alagados is in severely degraded state.
The current space, with a multipurpose character, serves as a rehearsal room, workshop and presentation, with a small stand made of wood with a capacity of 150 seats, and curtains and some reflectors. Among the workshops are the Visual Arts, Theatre, Dance and Afro Capoeira.Este cultural unit, working on the assignment of scores, the group has received FUNCEB the theater, which is presented free to the public.
