Cidade Museum

Displaying many heritage items belonging to famous people throughout Salvador, including religious artwork, dolls, and statues.  Museu da Cidade also includes novels, historical information and stories of life in Salvador through the ages.     Other great displays within the Museu da Cidade include the traditional Bahia costumes, tapestries, ceramics, tools.  Several famous people have items on display, including the famous poet Castro Alves.
