The Convent of Santo Antonio do Rio de Janeiro is located at Largo da Carioca, on the hill of St. Anthony. The convent way, along with the nearby Church of the Third Order of St. Francis of Penance, one of the oldest and most important remaining colonial assemblies in Rio de Janeiro.
