The Sashiburi inaugurated its first plant in 2004 in Windmills. Recently, another unit of the house was opened in the south of Porto Alegre. In both addresses the customer finds the Japanese cuisine served à la carte or combined as the festival of sushi, flagship of the house. At the festival the customer can enjoy sushi, sashimi, temakis, and served the table entries.
