Steak House These dining establishments provide the traditional Brazilian barbecue, which is made of complete cuts of meat that are skewed and barbecued in a “churrasqueira” built from bricks. Prime rib, tri tip, fillet mignon, shrimp, chicken, pork, lamb, and even pineapple skewed and barbecued to perfection in a brick oven and served at your table, where the waiters cut the meat and serve them on the visitors’ plates.
