Located in Brasilia Galeta Gaucho back a bit south to the heart of Brazil. The house press for details, furnishings and clothing of the employees are typical of the culture of Rio Grande. One of the highlights of the house is the juice of grapes.
This type of restaurant offers the typical Brazilian barbecue - churrasco, which comprises of whole cuts of meat that are skewed and barbecued in a “churrasqueira” typically built of bricks. The meat is barbecued and then brought to the table, in a service called a rodízio.
Passadores (meat waiters) roam the establishment, each person handling a specific cut of meat.
