Bertioga is a municipality of São Paulo. It is one of 15 counties considered spas by the State of São Paulo.
Gateway to the trendy North Coast of São Paulo, Bertioga offers varied activities, suitable for those traveling with family. Options include swimming, tour to an Indian village, partying at the mall, visiting historic buildings, boat tours and canoe.

- The Beaches
Bertioga has 33 miles of beaches. Some, like Itaguaré, gathers surfers, while St. Lawrence and Guaratuba, near condominiums and infrastructure, attract families with children.
Boracéia Beach - urbanized, spans nearly five miles to the border with San Sebastian. Along the waterfront offers kiosks and campgrounds. It is 35 kilometers from downtown.
St. Lawrence - with 4.5 kilometers long, the beach of San Lorenzo is very urbanized, surrounded by houses, many buildings and security. Almost the entire shoreline of soft sand, is accompanied by a beautiful lawn decorated with palm trees. Despite the calm sea, which attracts families with children, the beach is the setting for surfing championships in the vicinity of the pier, where there are some formations of waves. Is 16 kilometers from downtown.
Guaratuba - Quiet neighborhood and close to houses, gathers many families staying there. Is 24 kilometers from downtown.
Itaguaré - Sought by surfers, is one of the best preserved in the region. Throughout its three-kilometer points also offers good swimming and fishing. Kayaks and canoes are rented in the passages where it is crossed by streams. It is 20 kilometers from downtown.
Enseada Beach- extensive, the Enseada beach runs from downtown to the neighborhood of Indaiá, totaling 12 kilometers. Itatinga Plant - There is a tram to Itatinga Village, where the plant was built by the British in the early 20th century, surrounded by houses in British style. The tour of six hours, leads to hiking trails and a waterfall. You must book in advance.
Visit the village of Guarani Indians - Located in an area of nearly one thousand acres, the village has about 300 Indians on the border between Bertioga and San Sebastian. At the site there are selling crafts and ornamental plants.
Antiquarian Antonio R. Oak - In January, the space promotes a competitive auction, attracting collectors from across the region.
Riviera Shopping
In high season, the space is one of the busiest in the evening. Besides shops, ice cream shops, arcades, bars and restaurants, the mall offers free cultural activities for kids, such as concerts, plays and movies.
Canoe - The adventure takes place in rivers of Itaguaré and Jaguareguava and last for about four hours. The route includes stretches of mangroves, waterfalls and natural pools.
Enjoy the night - In summer, many exciting happenings such as luaus take place on the beach of Riviera de São Lourenço.
