The Podium Dancing Brewery was founded in 2001 aiming to be a choice of country and western music, but after some time became focused on gaucho music and is now recognized in this way. The house is located in the neighborhood of gastronomic Curtiiba which provides easy access.
This type of restaurant offers the traditional Brazilian barbecue - churrasco, which is composed of whole cuts of meat which are skewed and barbecued in a “churrasqueira” made of bricks. The meat is barbecued and then served at the table, in a service called a rodízio.
Passadores (meat waiters) walk around the establishment, each carrying a specific type of meat. They arrive at your table with a skewer and each person can then either decide to take a slice of the food or pass.
