Steak House These restaurants have the usual Brazilian barbecue, which is made of complete cuts of meat that are skewed and barbecued in a “churrasqueira” made of bricks. Brazilian pubs range from very informal, lower class establishments to very formal, higher end places. Unlike most North American pubs, most of these pubs are wide open to the public with no formal entrance.
