Go Kart Racing Tomasini
Gramado has it's own go-kart racing - Kartodromo Tomasini - with a 611 meter long track, it is the only one in the region. Kart rental is roughly R$70/half hour and they will provide everything necessary to race. The track is only about 3km from Downtown Gramado so it is fairly easy to get to. How can you not have a fun day while racing around a track competing with your friends and family.
If you've never been go a go-kart track, it's definitely a worth while adventure. All of the corners ensure you're going to test your driving skills, while the tires and protective measures of the track will keep you safe. Expect this to be a real workout! If you've ever seen any type of car racing and wondered why all those racers were always drinking water and sweating profusely, you'll soon learn why! Even slow speeds like this keep your body tense and fighting the turns. After 30 minutes you'll be completely worn out. This is just a pure fun activity no matter where you are and is highly recommended. They do recommend that you bring your sneakers.
Once you've completely racing and finished your victory dance, you might want to head back into the city for some of it's famous chocolates. If you are visiting during the Natal Luz, you'll likely find many delicious chocolates. If you're visiting during the winter, you'll likely find the most amazing hot chocolate. It won't take you long to find a place selling hot chocolate since there are so many chocolate stores along the main downtown avenue. Treat yourself to an amazing dessert and continue your victory celebrations.
